Customers overview
Your customers live in three services: Hotspot, PPPoE
and Statics. Each service has its own pages for adding and managing
customers. The Customers area (/dashboard/customers) is where you look across all of
them: find someone when you don’t know which service they’re on, see who signed up recently,
and spot who has gone quiet.

The Hotspot and PPPoE pages only appear when those services are switched on in your dashboard preferences. Static customers appear in All, New and Inactive; their own list is under Statics.
